Shipping and Delivery Policy

At yokai art, we aim to deliver your order promptly and securely. Our shipping practices comply with the Australian Consumer Law and are designed to ensure transparency and reliability.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless stated otherwise (e.g., pre-orders).

During peak periods or unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are required to supply your order within the stated timeframe or within a reasonable time.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products will display an estimated dispatch window on their product page.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that:

  • The item is not yet in stock.

  • The provided timeframe is an estimate and may change.

  • If a significant delay occurs, you may be entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items are shipped together unless you request separate shipments (additional postage may apply).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship using Australia Post and only ship Australia wide at this point in time.

Australia

  • Standard: 5-9 business days

  • Express: 2-4 business days

These are estimates provided by Australia Post. Delivery times are outside our control once your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
Free or discounted shipping may be available during promotions.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Delivery Issues (ACL-Compliant)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is missing, please email support@yokaiart.com within 7 days of delivery.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for goods that:

  • arrive damaged,

  • are not delivered within a reasonable time,

  • or are lost in transit (once confirmed by the carrier).

We will work with Australia Post to resolve issues promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If the address provided is incorrect and the order is returned to us, you may be charged additional postage to resend the item.
Yokai Art is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Consumer Guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law:

  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly delayed.

  • These rights apply in addition to any warranty we provide.

  • A change of mind is not covered under consumer guarantees.
