Orders & shipping
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping across Australia typically takes 2–9 business days after dispatch. Depending on standard and express shipping offered at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — Yokai Art currently ships within Australia only. International shipping will be added in future chapters.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If it hasn’t arrived after five days, check spam or contact Contact@yokaiart.com.au.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email us with your order number and we’ll follow up with the courier.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Can I exchange if I ordered the wrong size?
If stock allows, we can arrange a size exchange — customers cover return postage and reshipping costs. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Do you offer change-of-mind refunds?
No — as all Yokai Art products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or artwork preference.
Please check product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
Can I exchange if I ordered the wrong size?
If stock allows, we can arrange a size exchange — customers are responsible for return postage and reshipping costs.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

If your requested size is out of stock, we can offer store credit equal to the item’s value (excluding shipping).
Store credit can be used on any future Chapter or Eternal Bloom release and remains valid for 12 months.

Product Details
What fabric do you use?
Limited Drops: Crafted from heavyweight 100% cotton (305 gsm) — structured, durable, and built to hold its form. These tees carry the weight and texture suited to our collectible, art-driven releases.
Eternal Bloom Line: Made from loose drop-shoulder cotton tees (approx. 220–240 gsm) for a softer drape and everyday comfort while maintaining a premium feel.
Are they pre-shrunk?
Yes — all Yokai Art tees are pre-shrunk during production to minimize shrinkage (1–3%) and preserve the intended fit after washing.
How do I care for them?
Wash cold (30 °C), inside-out, on a gentle cycle.
Avoid bleach and softeners.
Tumble-dry low or air-dry.
Do not iron directly over prints.
How do they fit?

Eternal Bloom Line: Relaxed drop-shoulder fit for comfort and layering.
Print Quality & Care
How are the designs printed?
All designs use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, bonding the ink into the cotton fibers for soft, detailed artwork.
Will the print crack or fade?
No cracking with proper care. Over time, a slight softening of color may occur, giving a subtle vintage finish.
How do I care for them?
Care Instructions:
Wash cold (30 °C), inside-out, gentle cycle
Avoid bleach and softeners
Tumble dry low or air-dry

Our Eternal Bloom Line (always-available pieces) features minimal designs and staple tees that connect all Chapters — your daily relics from the Yokai world.
What are Lore Cards?
Each major Yokai Art drop includes a collectible Lore Card — a trading-card-style print that reveals a fragment of the story behind that Chapter’s yokai.
Every card features original artwork, lore text, and a chapter mark.
Some releases include rare foil editions, turning your order into part of the ongoing Yokai Art saga.
Do lore cards return?
Yes — each Chapter expands the collection, with new cards and rare foils appearing occasionally.
